Frank is an accomplished real estate appraiser with over a decade of real estate valuation and sales experience, primarily in the residential sectors of Delaware and Southern New Jersey.  Beginning his real estate journey as a Realtor at firms such as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors and RE/MAX, Frank cultivated a profound understanding of the real estate market and client relationships.

Embracing a new chapter in 2017, Frank transitioned into residential appraisals and then founding Front Line Appraisals in 2021.  A company dedicated to providing precise and reliable residential property valuations.
